摘要
构建和谐医院是医院发展的内在动力,而良好的医院文化是决定医院和谐的灵魂。我院以文明创建为抓手,全面推进和谐医院建设进程,通过夯实创建工作,优化为民服务,凝练医院文化,构建和谐医院,促进了医院科学发展。
