摘要
为了适应当今制造业向数字化、信息化、智能化发展的需求,北京航空航天大学机械制造专业于2013年开始对原有本科教学计划进行全面改革。将原有的3门专业方向课进行有效整合,形成两门专业方向课;将原有的专业课程设计和专业综合实验课合并为一门专业综合实践课。新教学计划对专业方向课和专业综合实践课的课时压缩了近一半,不仅要求教学内容精练,而且要求教学内容能够革陈出新。在实际操作过程中,由于受课时和内容的限制,很容易造成理论教学环节和实践教学环节之间的脱节。采取任务驱动方式,以某一航空典型零件为加工案例,在理论教学环节中引入CAD/CAM虚拟设计/加工仿真环节,在后续的综合实践环节直接利用CAD/CAM得到的数控加工工艺、程序、组合夹具等用于实际零件的加工。通过任务驱动方式,按照理论—仿真—实践的教学步骤,实现了机械制造专业方向课和专业综合实践课的无缝衔接,解决了新教学计划中课时少、内容精的矛盾。
The machinery manufacturing professional of Beihang University starts up the reform of theundergraduate course teaching plan from 2013 as the digitization,information and intelligentization of modernmanufacturing industry is increasingly deepening.The former three professional direction courses are integrated into twoones,and the former professional curriculum design and professional comprehensive experimental course are integratedinto one professional comprehensive practice course.The class hours of new teaching plan reduce nearly a half,and itrequires the teaching contents refining as well as reforming.But in the practice,the theory teaching and practice teachingare easily departed subjecting to less class hours and more teaching contents.CAD/CAM virtual design and machiningsimulation are adopted in the theory teaching,and a typical aviation part is designed and simulated based on task driven.In the following practice teaching,the above results,such as CNC process,CNC program and modular fixtures,aredirectly used in practical part machining.The direction course and comprehensive practice course of machinerymanufacturing professional are seamless connected by the step of theory—simulation—practice based on task driven.Andthe conflict between class hours and teaching contents in the new teaching plan is settled well.
