摘要
利用富铬制革污泥制备具有尖晶石晶相结构的棕色陶瓷色料。洗涤后的富铬污泥在惰性气体下高温煅烧(1100℃,保温1 h),其残留物作为铬源(即GY)。采用固相烧结法合成棕色尖晶石色料,探究GY加入量及煅烧温度对色料性能的影响。通过XRD检测所制备色料的晶相;利用SEM和EDS分析该色料的形态以及化学成分组成;采用色度仪表征色料及色釉面的发色效果。结果表明,加入50wt.%的GY,在1150℃下合成的色料,具有结晶度好,颗粒尺寸分布均匀,晶粒较小,釉面呈色效果好等特点。
The brown ceramic pigments with spinel structure were prepared by using Cr-rich tanning sludge. The washed Cr-rich leathersludge was calcined at high temperature (1100 ℃) for 1 h with nitrogen as protective gas and its residue was used as chromium oxideprecursor (named as GY). The brown ceramic pigments were synthesized by solid phase sintering, and the effects of GY addition amount andcalcination temperatures on the properties of the pigments were explored. The crystalline phases of the obtained pigments were characterizedby XRD. Furthermore, the morphology as well as the composition of the pigments was investigated by scanning electron microscopy (SEM)and energy dispersion spectroscopy (EDS). The color effects of the pigments and the glaze surface were characterized by chromascope. Theresults showed that the obtained pigments sintered at 1150 ℃ with 50wt.% GY possessed good crystallinity, uniform particle size distribution,small dimension and excellent color effect.
