摘要
电瓷釉要求较高的电绝缘性,其研制需要综合考虑釉的电绝缘性、润湿性、釉面光洁度、呈色均匀性、膨胀系数以及釉面强度等多个相互制约的因素。本文采用正交实验法,通过调整釉料配方,制备出高强度的棕色电瓷釉,结果表明:增加高岭土的比例能明显提高釉的弯折强度;钠长石的引入会导致电瓷釉强度明显降低;对着色剂Fe2O3,Cr2O3,MnO2的在1150℃预烧处理能有效降低釉的孔隙率,提高釉面强度。所得最佳釉料配方(wt%)为:硅灰石15.97%,高岭土31.76%,钾长石22.59%,石英14.46%,熟滑石7.02%,Fe2O31.57%,Cr2O31.39%,MnO25.85%。与原配方相比,改进后的配方所得电瓷釉强度达到171.2 MPa,比原始配方提高42.6%。
Glaze for electric porcelain firstly is the high electrical insulator. The research and development of glaze for electric porcelain must consider the factors: the insulation, wetting, glazing surface smooth, color uniformity, thermal expansion coefficient and strength, which are interactional and mutually restricted. In the present work, a high strength, borrow glaze for electric porcelain was researched by adjusting the formula of the glaze via orthogonal experiment method. The results show that increasing the content of kaolin contributes to increasing the strength of glaze. However, albite is harmful seriously to the strength. The pre-treatment of calcinations of the pigment Fe2O3, Cr2O3 and MnO2 at 1150 ℃increases the strength by reducing the porosity of the glaze. The optimized formula (mass percent)is : wollastonite 15.97%, kaolin 31.76%, Potash feldspar 22.59%, quartz 14.46%, calcinted talc 7.02%, Fe203 1.57%, Cr203 1.39%, MnO2 5.85%. The strength of the optimizing glaze for electric porcelain is 171.2 MPa, which increases 42.6% than that of the original formula glaze.
