摘要 经过营养风险筛查后,对于有营养风险的恶性肿瘤患者,还要进行营养评估(nutritional assessment),即结合病史、体格检查、实验室检查、人体测量、人体组成分析等多项指标来综合判断,为制定营养治疗方案提供依据[1]。
