芪蛭皱肺胶囊对肺气肿动物模型血清NO的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的:观察肺气肿豚鼠血清一氧化氮(NO)的变化及芪蛭皱肺胶囊对它的调节作用。方法:用弹性蛋白酶复制豚鼠肺气肿模型,将豚鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型组、阳性药物组及芪蛭皱肺胶囊高、中、低剂量治疗组,测定各组豚鼠血清NO含量。结果:与正常对照组比较,模型组含量明显升高,而芪蛭皱肺胶囊各治疗组豚鼠血NO含量明显低于模型组。结论:NO过度分泌在肺气肿发病机理中起着重要作用。芪蛭皱肺胶囊能有效地调节肺损伤时机体NO水平的过度升高,为治疗肺气肿有效方药。 Objective: To observe the change of serum nitric oxide (NO) in guinea pig with emphysema and the regulatory effect of Qizhi Zhoufei Capsule (QZC) on serum NO. Methods: Elastic Protease was applied to establish the guinea pig models of emphysema. The models were allocated to normal control group, model group, positive drug group, QZC high dosage group, QZC middle dosage group and QZC low dosage group randomly, and the contents of serum NO were determined individually. Results: In comparison with normal control group, the Serum NO contents of model group was markedly increased, and those of QZC groups were markedly decreased than normal control group. Conclusion: The excessive secretion of NO is an important factor in the pathogenesis of emphysema, and QZC can regulate the excessive increase of NO level during the damage of lung and is an effective remedy for emphysema.
