摘要
目的 讨论祛风胜湿酒中蛇床子素的含量测定。方法 采用 HPLC进行测定。结果 峰面积与浓度线性关系良好 ,回归方程 Y=3 897.9×X+ 18.816,r=0 .9999,线性范围 :0 .10 79μg～ 0 .863 2 μg,平均回收率为 97.78% ,RSD为 3 .17%。 结论 方法简便快速 ,重现性好 。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determination of osthole in Qufengshengshi Jiu by HPLC METHODS The analysis was carried on a colμmn of Nova park C 18 (250×4 6mm,4μm)with a mobile phase of mathanlo -1% phosphoric acid solution (65∶35);The detection wavelength was at 320nm and colμmn temperature was room temperature.RESULTS The linear regression equation:Y=3897 9×X+18 816,r=0 9999,The linear range was 0 1079μg～0 8632μg for osthole;The average recovery was 97 78%(RSD=3 17%).CONCLUSION This is a simple ,accurate merhod which can be used to control the qulity of Qufengshengshi Jiu.
