摘要
为控制跌打止痛涂膜剂中蛇床子素的含量,采用高效液相色谱方法,以Symmetry C18为色谱柱,甲醇-水(65:35)为流动相,检测波长:322 nm,测得跌打止痛涂膜剂中蛇床子素的含量为1.2mg/mL,平均回收率为97.86%,RSD为1.73%。结果表明:该方法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于跌打止痛涂膜剂的质量控制。
HPLC method was developed for determination of Osthol in TieDaZhiTong film. An symmetry column of C18 was used with a mobile phase of methanol -water （65：35） and detected at 322 nm. The determined Osthol content was 1.2 nag ·mL^- 1 and the average recovery was 97. 86%. RSD was 1.73%. Results showed that the method is simple, accurate and reproducible. It can be used as a reliable method for the quantitative control of TieDaZhiTong film.
