摘要
本文报道了文昌鱼哈氏窝匀浆刺激蟾蜍足细胞释放精子过程所发生的超微结构变化,进一步证实这种匀浆含有类似脊椎动物促黄体生成素活性物质。
The paper reports that the promotion of spermiation of toad by the homogenate of Hatschek's pit was examined under light and electron microscopic observations. The mechanism of spermiation from the Sertoli cell was considered as follows: firstly, the homogenate of Hatschek's pit stimulates to increase the water content in toad testis; secondly, the swelling and expanding of the smooth endoplasmic reticulum of the Sertoli cell results in the formation of large lacunae, and finally, the sperms were released into the lumen of seminiferous tubules. At the same time, the mitochondria in the cytoplasm of the Sertoli cell were fully developed, and the secondary lysosomes were also present in the cytoplasm. These mechanism is similar to LH or HCG which induces the ultrastructural change of the Sertoli cell during toad spermiation.The results further demonstrate that the homogenate of the Hatschek's pit of amphioxus may contain an active substance which may be similar to LH of vertebrates.
