摘要
将蜘蛛匀浆离心后的上清液直接作为PCR反应的模板,用于检测蜘蛛体内的Wolbachia。该方法简便、无污染,与常规方法提取蜘蛛总DNA的检测效果相同,可以用于快速和大量检测蜘蛛体内的Wolbachia感染情况。
The present study introduced the method of the fast detection of Wolbachia infection in spiders （Araneae） by using supernatant as DNA template in PCR, which was got after being homogenate and centrifugated from tested materials. The results demonstrated that the effect was perfect compared with the methods of common DNA purification. The method could be used to determine Wolbachia infection in spiders （Araneae） quickly and widely.
