摘要
我们曾报道Ni组金属配合物催化的氟烷基碘化物与叔胺反应生成氟烷基烯胺新反应。本文将讨论氟烷基溴化物与叔胺在Ni催化剂存在下的反应。同碘化物一样,溴化物与叔胺在零价Ni配合物存在,室温下能生成氟烷基烯胺(1)。结果见表1。
Reaction of polyfluoroalkyl bremides with tertiary amines catalyzed by zero-valent
nickel complex has been studied. The reaction occurred readily under mild conditions,
giving enamines which on hydrolysis afforded polyfluoroalkyl aldehydes or enaminones.
