摘要
本文以邻香草醛(2)为原料,经七步反应合成了马蔺子甲素(1),总收率8％,其光谱数据与天然产物完全一致。
Irisquinone (1), isolated from the seeds of Iris pallassi Fisch. var. Chinensis Fisch.,
has been synthesized from orthe-vanillin (2) via a seven-step process. The key steps
involved in this synthesis were the formation of cis-olefin 8 by the Wittig reaction of
aldehyde 7 with the ylide of n-heptyltriphenylphosphonium bromide in HMPA-DME
and the oxidation of phenol 9 to 1.
