摘要
以邻丁香酚为原料 ,经苄基保护酚羟基、臭氧制备醛、缩合、加氢还原并脱苄基保护基、硅烷保护酚羟基、缩合、脱保护基、催化氧化八步反应合成了马蔺子甲素。使反应的成本比原路线有了很大的降低。
Pallasone A was synthesized from 6 allyl 2 methoxyphenol via protection of phenol hydroxy,made aldehyde by ozone condensation,hydrogenization reduction,deprotection and protection of phenol hydroxy with silica alkyl,deprotection and catalytic oxidation.The cost of synthesis(1)was lower than the former one,and the yield was definitely increased.
