摘要
介绍了大豆蛋白纤维的主要性能 ,结合生产实践 ,针对大豆蛋白纤维的特性 ,以粗纱捻系数、细纱罗拉隔距、细纱后区牵伸倍数三个工艺参数为指标 ,采用正交试验的方法 ,求得最优工艺参数和成纱质量 。
This paper introduces the main performance of soybean protein fabric, according to the characteristics of soybean protein fabric, it has carried out the orthogonal test with three technical papameters (the twist factor of roving, the roller gauge of spun yarn and the back draft multiple of spun yarn) as the testing factors, the spinning qualities as its indexes. By doing the the test, the optimized technological paramete can be aquired and it has probed into the maijor technical measure and technical parameter in every working procedure.
