摘要
介绍了ＴＥＮＣＥＬ纤维的主要技术性能、技术指标及纺纱品种。针对ＴＥＮＣＥＬ纤维的特性，以粗纱捻系数、细纱捻系数、细纱加压三个工艺参数为指标，采用正交试验的方法，求得最优工艺参数和成纱质量，并对各道工序的主要技术措施和工艺参数配置进行了分析与探讨。
This article introduces the main technical performance and indexes of TENCEL fiber in general. According to the character of TENCEL fiber, it has carried out the orthogonal test with three technical parameter (the twist factor of roving, the twist factor of spun yarn and the pressure of roller in spinning) as the test factors,the spinning qualities as its indexes. In this way,the optimized technical parameter can be acquired and it has probed into the major technical measure and technical parameter in every working procedure.
