摘要
在胡萝卜浓缩汁的生产管理中 ,通过推行HACCP管理系统 ,制定生产工艺过程中相应的危害分析及关键控制点、关键限值的监控和纠偏措施。应用于生产实践 ,对产品安全卫生的提高起到了显著的作用 ,取得了良好的效果 。
In the production and mangement of the carrot juice concentrate,HACCP mangement system,corresponding check,standards in the course of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point were introduced.the rectifying measures were suggested The application in production,all these played a conspicuous role in the improvment of safety hygiene quality of the production and proveed quite effective.It gave other fruit and vegetable juice concentrate keeping useful experience to draw on.
