摘要
目的 :研究菘蓝叶氯仿提取物对环磷酰胺 (CP)引起的雄性小鼠生殖细胞损伤的保护作用。方法 :通过精子畸形试验及精细胞微核试验。观察雄性小鼠的精于畸形率及精细胞微核率的变化。结果 :菘蓝叶氯仿提取物本身对生殖细胞无毒性 ,而对CP引起的生殖细胞损伤有一定的保护性抑制作用。CP +菘蓝叶提取物 10 0mg/kg剂量组对精细胞微核的抑制率为5 7.38% ,对精子畸形的抑制率为 5 0 .87%。结论 :中药菘蓝具有减轻对小鼠生殖细胞遗传损伤的作用。
Purpose: To observe the protective effects of the chloroform extracts of lsatis indigotica leaves on the male germ cells from damage induced by cyclophosphamide(CP) in mice. Methods: The spermatozoon deformity rate and micronucleus rate of early spermatids were detected using spermatozoon deformity test and micronucleus test respectively. Results: Isatis indigotica had no genotoxic effects, but showed significantly protective effects to germ cell from damage induced by CP. The inhibited rates of spermatid micronucleus and spermatozoon deformity were 57.38% and 50.87% respectively at the dose of 100 mg/kg +CP 10 mg/kg. Conclusion: Isatis indigotica can diminish germ cell damage inducded by CP in mice.
