摘要
从具有特殊要求从动件运动规律出发 ,推导出了凸轮机构从动件运动规律一般的通用表达式。利用通用表达式在进行低、中、高速凸轮轮廓曲线的设计中 ,可用多段曲线进行优化设计 ,在满足从动件的基本功能的前提下 ,兼顾不同的动力学要求 ,实现凸轮运动学和动力学性能的优化组合 。
The general formula of the motion specifications of a cam mechanism follower can satisfy the needs of different selection of motion specifications for the low, medium, or high speed cam mechanism. Using the general formula of the motion specifications of a cam mechanism follower, the design of cam profile is advanced which uses several segments curve to optimistically fit the profile of the cam whose follower has special motion requirement. Furthermore, the dynamic performance of the cam mechanism is ensured to be satisfied. The comprehensive optimization of the kinetic and dynamic performance of cam mechanism is achieved.
