摘要
对于弧面分度凸轮机构设计,大多数文章中给出的均是运动曲线升程段,并没有说明如何应用于从动件工作循环图中的每个区段。本文根据自动换刀装置中弧面分度凸轮的工作特点,设计具有升程和回程段的弧面凸轮从动件通用位移曲线。
In the design of globoid cam mechanisms, motion of the rising segment for the follower is considered, conventionally. This paper describes the design of displacement curve for the follower in accordance with the working cycle diagram, including both rising and returning segments. A general - purpose follower displacement curve data sheet, fulfilling various kind of law of motion, is implemented for the globoid cam mechanisms used in an automatic tool changer.
