摘要
目的 :探讨愈疡散对实验性胃溃疡大鼠血清一氧化氮和血浆内皮素含量的影响。方法 :制备大鼠冰醋酸胃溃疡模型 ,设空白对照组、假手术组、西药对照组、愈疡散大剂量组、愈疡散小剂量组、胃溃疡模型组 ,共 6组。空白对照组、假手术组、胃溃疡模型组均灌服生理盐水 ;愈疡散大剂量组、愈疡散小剂量组分别灌服愈疡散 5g kg体重、2 5g kg体重 ,西药对照组灌服雷尼替丁。于治疗前后分别检测血清一氧化氮 (NO)及血浆内皮素 (ET-1)的含量。结果 :愈疡散大剂量组血清NO含量显著升高 ,而血浆ET的含量明显降低 ,与溃疡模型组及愈疡散小剂量组比较 ,差异有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5 ) ;与西药对照组比较 ,无统计学意义 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 :愈疡散促进溃疡愈合 ,增加胃黏膜的防御能力 ,提高再生黏膜功能成熟度 ,可能与其诱导、促进NO合成 ,反馈性地抑制ET释放 。
Objective:To explore the influence of Traditional Chinese Medicinal old herbs \!YuYangSan\' on the Nitric Oxide and Endothellin in Rats with Chronic Gastric Ulcer.Method:Rats models induced by acetic acid into the chronic Gastric Ulcer,treated with YuYangSan,ranitidine and saline respectively for 28 days,before and after treatment,the level of nitric oxide(NO)in serum and plasma endothelin(ET)was examined.Results:Serum NO of YuYangSan big quantity dramatically increased,but the level of ET -1 in plasma obviously decreased as compared with the model group and YuYangSan little quantity group ( P <0.05) while the level of NO in serum and plasma ET didn't significantly increased or decreased as compared with the ranitidine group.Conclusion:YuYangSan could improve the healing of gastric ulcer,increase gastric mucosal protective capability,promote the mature of the function of the new gastric mucosa,the possible mechanism in closely,related to the increase of NO and the reduction of ET,so that the balance of NO and ET could be maintained.
