摘要
以不同浓度梯度的NCT、NAA、氨苄青霉素和青霉素水溶液对菊花插条基部进行浸泡处理 ,测定了不同处理后水培扦插 2周和 3周时的生根状况 .结果表明 ,NCT、NAA、氨苄青霉素和青霉素均能促进菊花插条生根 ,所设浓度中以NCT 2 0mg/L、NAA10mg/L、氨苄青霉素 2 0 0mg/L和青霉素 10万单位 /L生根效果较好 .其中NAA 10mg/L为最佳 .从实践角度看 ,氨苄青霉素 2 0 0mg /L和青霉素 10万单位
A series of solutions were made with NCT , NAA, ampicillin and penicillin with which rooting of Dendranthema marifolium Tzvel were treated by immersing in them.The conditions of cutting rooting were measured after two and three weeks.It showed that : NCT,NAA,penicillin and ampicillin ,all the substances can promote cutting rooting.But twenty mg /L of NCT,ten mg/L of NAA,two hundred mg /L of ampicillin and one hundred thousand unit/L of penicillin were better. Moreover ten mg/L of NAA was best .But from the angle of productive practice,two hundred mg/L of amplicillin and one hundred thousand unit/L of penicillin should prior to be choiced.
