摘要
应用1.4——二取代酰氨基硫脲化合物 DATCD——A0.001ppm 和水,分别喷施生长发育不同时期的黄瓜整株叶片.<1>幼苗移植含 Na_2H^(32)PO_4(0.2uci/ml)的培养液中,不同时间测定根、茎、叶中^(32)P 化物的放射活性,DATCD—A 处理的植株,促进^(32)P 的吸收,其中,整株,叶片和叶子中的^(32)P 脉冲数是水处理的2.5倍、5.7倍和8.2倍;糖和酸性有机磷含量,以及光合磷酸化活力、ATP 生成量均比水处理高而核蛋白含量低于对照.<2>结果期,在叶腋着生果实相同部位的叶片上涂前放射强度的^(32)P 溶液,随者时间的延长,24~96小时 DATCD——A 处理的植株果实内^(32)P 化物的放射活性同水处理的植株相比,增加46.30~278.65%.DATCD——A*1—异烟酰基—4—(4′—氯代苯基)
The effects of DATCD-A on the content of soluble protein and proteol-ytic enzyme activity in cucumber cotyledons were studied.Treaed with10^(-3) ppm DATCD-A for 48hr,under 1500lux illumination,the content oftotal soluble protein of less 6 days age cotyledons increased 10-30%,andthe part I protein also incredsed,but that of more than 6 days age cotyl-edons decreased.On the other hand,the proteolytic enzyme activity of less6 days age cotyledons decreased 19-25%,and that of more than 6 daysage cotyledons was higher than the control.The increase of part I proteinbring about that photosynthesis was stimulated,and it was properly the re-sult of the DATCD-A inhibition of proteolytic emzyme activity.The mec-hanism of DATCD-A affecting the protein metabolism was discussed.DATCD-A:1-isonicotinyl-4-(4′-chlorophenyl)-thiosemiearbazide
