摘要
为了满足光电二极管列阵不同类型的应用需要,新研制了 CL512J型光电二极管列 阵传感器.论述其工作原理,重点对器件进行了设计方面的研究:包括光敏元的设计、扫描 电路的设计和版图的设计分析.指出了工艺制造中的关键技术.最后给出了CL512J型器件 的光电参数和电学参数的测试结果,表明该器件具有显著的优点,将会在光电检测领域内得 到应用,达到国内先进水平.
In this paper is presented a newly-designed photodiode array, CL512J sensor, which can satisfy various requirements of different photodiode array, with explanation of its working principle, device design (including the design of its photosensitive element, the design of its scanning circuit, and its layout design), and the key technique in its manufacture. Finally, the testing results of photoelectrical and electrical parameters of CL512J sensor are published to show its distinctive features. It is believed that the new sensor will find wide use in photoelectrical field in China up to advanced domestic standard.
