摘要
通过对云南312家中小企业的调研后发现:随着我国市场化进程的加快,云南中小企业正面临前所未有的压力和挑战。为提升企业竞争力,迎接挑战,中小企业在新的经济环境中必须结合自身的优势和特点,准确进行市场定位,走“专、精、特”的道路。
After the investigations and arsearches on Yunnan 312 small-medium enterprises, the author discoverd that with the quickness of China's marketability, Yunnan small-medium enterprises are facing unprece- dented pressures and challenges. In order to raise enterprises' competitive powers to meet the challenges, the small-meduim enterprises must integrate with their own advantages and characteristics under the new economic environment and fix exactly their market positions to go the paths with speciality, exactness and characteristic.
