摘要
中小企业是相对模糊的概念 ,在它所处的领域中所占市场份额较小 ,未处于主导地位。我国现行中小企业的规模划分的标准已经不适应经济发展的需要 ,应该根据市场经济的要求 ,依据企业职工的数量、企业的营业额等指标 ,重新科学划分我国中小企业的范围 ,以利于政府各项扶持中小企业政策的实施 ,促进中小企业的健康发展。
The definition of small-medium enterprises is relatively obsecure.The small-medium enterprises have smaller segment shares and occupy subordinate positions in their fields.China's current definition of small medium enterprises cannot meet the requirement of the economic development,so we must update the definition of small-mdeium enterprises based on the market economy,the staff number and turnover.This is to better implement the governmental policies for the advantages of the small-medium enterprises as well as to direct them toward the right development.
