摘要
目前世界范围内中小企业的发展明显呈现出集群趋势。我国西部地区经济发展存在的一个突出的问题,就是作为经济发展基础性力量的中小企业发展明显不足。企业集群是西部地区迅速提升区域经济综合竞争力的重要途径。
Nowadays, it is obvious to show that there is a tendency for mid- small enterprises to become cluster. The glaring problem for the economy development in Western China is that the development of mid - small enterprises as the basic force of economy is quite weak. Mid - small enterprises being the important motive power, becoming the cluster is the key way to promote the area economy competitiveness rapidly in Western China.
