摘要
目的 :运用 AF系统治疗胸腰椎爆裂性骨折伴椎管狭窄 ,并观察分析临床效果。方法 :采用 AF系统治疗 2 6例胸腰椎爆裂性骨折伴椎管狭窄 ,随访总结手术疗效。结果 :随访 6～ 35个月 ,平均 13个月 ,疗效满意 ,优良率 84 .6 %。结论 :AF系统是治疗胸腰椎爆裂性骨折伴椎管狭窄较好的方法 ,具有操作简单 ,复位良好 ,固定安全可靠 ,椎体前缘高度恢复理想 ,Cobb′s角矫形充分的优点 ,是值得推广运用的一种治疗胸腰椎爆裂性骨折伴椎管狭窄的方法。
Objective:To treat thoracolumbar bursting fracture accompanying spinal canal stenosis with AF system and analyse the main surgery complication.Methods:AF system was used to treat 26 cases thoracolumbar bursting fracture accompanying spinal canal stenosis.Complications of surgeries were summarized.Results:26 cases were fellow up over six months(6～35months),the average follow-up is 13 months.The rate of excellent and good result were 84.6%.The results is satisfactory.Conclusion:AF system was a good method in treating thoracolumbar bursting fracture accompanying spinal canal stenosis.The method was simple with the advantages of good reduction,fixation,highly resumption of fore pant thoracolumbar,fully correcting cobb′s angle.It′s one method of worthing to recommend and applicate.
