摘要
作者在分析504例弓根内固定治疗胸腰椎骨折中的失误和并发症的基础上,根据复位中的关键角一“钉杆角”,设计了新型“钉杆角”弓根内固定系统(APF)。经生物力学实验研究和临床应用,证明APF具有良好的复位作用、椎管间接减压作用和足够的抗压抗扭强度,有效地解决了原有弓根内植物存在的断钉率高、钉一杆连接和钉一骨界面松动等问题。
AbstractBased on the analysis of failures and complicationsoccurred in the treatment of 504 cases ofthoracolumbar fractures with pedicle screwinstrumentation, the authers designed a new kind ofscrew-rod angle pedicle fixation system(APF)according to the reductive key angle or screw-rodangle. Biomechanical test and preliminary clinicalapplication show that APF possesses good reduction,indirective spinal decompression and adequateantipressure anti-torsion strength.It effectivelyovercame the shortcomes of easy screw broken。screw-rod or screw-bone coupling failures,which theoriginal pedicle screw fixator often had。
