摘要
目的 :观察动力髁螺钉在股骨粗隆部骨折治疗中的应用及疗效。方法 :应用动力髁螺钉治疗 2 8例股骨粗隆部骨折。结果 :随访 8个月～ 30个月 ,骨折愈合时间平均 16周 ,无髋内翻、患肢旋转畸形 ,无内固定物断裂、螺钉穿出等并发症发生 ,优 2 2例 ,良 5例 ,差 1例 ,优良率为 96 .5 %。结论 :动力髁螺钉符合髋部生物力学 ,固定牢靠 ,并发症少 ,能早期活动 ,是治疗股骨粗隆部骨折的有效方法 ,尤其适用于骨折累及大粗隆。
Objective:To observe the curative effects of the application of the dynamic condylar screw(DCS) in the treatment of intertrochanteric facture of the femur.Methods:Twenty-eight cases of femur intertrochanteric fracture were treated with DCS.Results:All cases were followed up for 8-30 months and the average time of fracture healing were 16 weeks.There were not varus deformity of the hip and lower extremity rotation deformity,not screw or plate broken and screw penetrated the femoral head,Twenty-two cases were excellent,5 cases good and one case bad.The excellent and good rate were 96.5%.Conclusions:DCS is suitable for biomechanics of femur intertrochanter and is one of the effective treatment for femur intertrochanteric fracture especially for large trochanter or sub-trochanter fracture but femur calcar integral due to its advantages of strong fixation,few complications and early exercise.
