摘要
以籼型、粳型、偏籼型、偏籼型的18个水稻品种为主要试材,采用盆栽与田间栽培相结合的方法,初步比较了各类型品种根系的若干形态性状和生理性状间的差异,以及对环境条件反应的差异。结果表明,籼型、偏籼型品种的根干重和根体积分别高于粳、偏粳;籼粳交育成种根数有优势;根活性吸收面积,偏籼>籼,偏粳>粳,并与单株产量密切相关;孕穗期单株伤流强度依次为:偏粳>偏籼>籼>粳;α—萘胺氧化力品种间差异极显著,辽粳5号、密阳23号、青系96、青农早1号属高α—萘胺氧化力型;根系生长与地上部生长和产量之间密切相关,根系本身具有自动调节能力。
In this study,differences in morphological physiological-characters
of roots of 18 different varieties including indica japonica and their
hybrids were determined the following results were achieved:Root dry
weight and volumes of indica varieties and indica-cline hybrids were
respectively higher than those of japonica varieties and japonica-cline
hybrids.Root number of hybrids derived from indica and japonica
crossing was increased.Active absorbing area of indica-cline and
japonica-cline hybrids were respectively greater than those of indica
and japonica varieties,and the relation between active absorbing area
and grain yield per plant was signifcant.In booting stage,bleeding
sap of japonica-cline hybrids was more than that of indica-cline
hybrids which was in turn more than that of indica varieties.and
japonica varieties had the least bleeding sap.Differences in α-NA
oxidation activity of roots of various varieties were significant.Liaogeng
No.5 miyang No.23 Qingxi No96 and Qingnongzao No.1 were high α-NA
oxidation activity varieties.Both relations between root growth and
shoot growth and between root growth and grain yield were noticeable.
Root system itself had self-adjusting function.
