摘要
以超声和常规两种提取方法对黄柏等三种中药的碱类成分进行提取,比较了有效成分的提出率和核磁共振、红外光谱等图谱。证明了超声提取具有省时、节能、提出率高等优点,是一种快速、高效的提取新方法。
It is described in this article that sodas are extra cted from three Chinese herbal medicines by both traditional and ultrasonic meth ods.the extraction rate of active components and their NMR and infrared spectra are compared and the results show that ultrasonic method is a new on e which has the merits of time-saving,energy-saving and high extraction rate .
