摘要
将高分子科学的发展成果引入中药以提高中药现代化水平和科技含量,发展高分子科学在中药中的应用。方法:总结分析近几年国内相关文章,介绍目前中药中高分子科学的应用状况。结果:高分子材料如高分子超滤膜、凝絮剂被越来越广泛地应用于中药分离提纯;高分子材料辅料已广泛应用于中药制剂成型中;由于中药剂型比较单一及中药成分的复杂性,高分子材料作为药物载体应用于中药中还不是很广泛。结论:高分子材料作为一种高分子量的有机材料具有特殊的性能,其中较好生物相容性和可降解能力的高分子材料正被日益应用到中药制剂中,并且取得很好效果,不仅从中药制剂的质量上,而且推动着稳定、可控的现代中药进程,其应用发展前途非常广阔。
Objective: In order to adapt the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM)the results made in the development of polymer science would be introduced in the s tudy and application of TCM so as to raise the level of the modernization and sc ientific and technological contents of TCM and to promote the application of pol ymer science to TCM.Method:Papers and assays published in this field in recent years in China would be summarized and analyzed and the present application o f polymer science to TCM be spread.Result:Polymer materials,such as polymer m ilipore /filter /floc agents,are increasingly used in the separation and puri fication of TCM.As auxiliary materials,polymer materials are extensively appl ied to the formation of TCM preparations.Owing to few forms of dosages and the complexity of the components of TCM polymer materials are not widely used as ca rriers of TCM to improve and develop new TCM forms.Conclusion:As organic mate rials of high molecular weight polymer materials have their special property,o f which those with good biological compatability and degradable capability are b eing used in TCM preparations and positive effects have been acquired.They are able not only to improve the quality but also advance the stable /controllable progress of TCM.Their prospects of application and development are promising .
