摘要
通过生脉饮口服液的超滤澄清与精制，对采用传统工艺和超滤技术制备的成品制剂在澄清度、除杂降浊效果、有效成份含量等方面进行了质量考察，并对温度、料液流速等因素进行研究。结果表明，超滤技术不仅能除去杂质并能较为有效地保留原方配伍成份，可用于复方中药口服液的精制。
Preparation of Shengmaiyin oral liquor was studied by ultrafiltration (UF) method. The clarity, impurity removal and the retainment of effective constituents of the product agent etc,and these factors affecting them, such as temperature, feed flow rate were investigated. The results showed that UF technique can effectively remove impurities in the feed, retain the useful constituents in the formulaof the raw feed and can be applied to the fine preparation of oral liquor of Chinese medicine.
