摘要
通过高效液相色谱法测定泛昔洛韦在不同温度、不同 p H磷酸盐缓冲液中浓度随时间的变化 ,研究泛昔洛韦在不同 p H缓冲液中的稳定性。结果表明泛昔洛韦在弱酸性 (p H3.0～ 5 .8)溶液中较稳定 ,在强酸性和碱性溶液中的稳定性较差。
The stability of famcilovir in different pH buffer solutions was discussed. The results showed that it was stable in pH 3.0~5.8 buffer solutions and it was unstable in strong acid or basic solutions.
