摘要
目的 :采用高效毛细管电泳法分离泛昔洛韦及其相关物质 ,测定其杂质的含量。方法 :通过研究电泳体系各因素 (缓冲液的浓度、pH、运行电压 )对泛昔洛韦及其相关物质分离的影响。 结果与结论 :确定用5 0mmol·L-1磷酸盐缓冲液 ( pH 3 3 ) ,运行电压 2 5kV ,检测波长 2 10nm ,在 2 5min内将泛昔洛韦与其相关杂质分离 。
Objective:A capillary electrophoresis method was set up to separate and determine famciclovir and related impurities is 7-reduced famciclovir,7 and 9 polymer,oxy-degradation.Method:Optimization of pH,concentration of the buffer and voltage were studied.Results and Conclusion:The results showed that with 50 mmol·L -1 KH 2PO 4 buffer(pH 3 3),25 kV,at detective wavelength 210 nm,famciclovir and impurities is could be base-line separated within 25 min with good reproducibility.The RSD were 1 3% and 3 8% for within-day and day-to-day tests respectively.
