摘要
结合研制实践,分析了高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)缠绕增强管缠绕滚筒模具的结构特点,阐述了滚筒模具的设计原理、基本组成部分及各部分的主要功能和实现方法,对一些重要的技术难点提出了解决方法。为提高缠绕增强管缠绕滚筒模具的设计质量提出了切实可行的技术与方法,并在实际的设计工作中得到了较好的应用。
Based on the development, the structure and work characteristic of a roller mold are analyzed. The design principle and elements of roller molds is presented, their main function and implementation method are briefly analyzed. Measures for some difficult problem are given. The practical method was put forward in order to improve the design quality. The mold design was well applied in routine designs.
