摘要
本文介绍了应用于热固性酚醛增强模塑料的连续化生产新工艺中的往复式单螺杆混炼挤出机。
This article introduces a new type reciprocating single screw extruder for the continuous production of glass fiber reinforced thermosetting phenolic moulding compound.Compared with open mixer used in intermittent process, the extruder can considerably increase filler content in phenolics,properties of the moulding compound,production efficiency and decrease operators.The present situation and development in future of production process of thermosetting phenolic moulding compound in China are also dealed with.
