摘要
通过建立挤出过程的三段七区数学模型及各种物性及螺杆参数数据库,使用高级编程语言Visual C++6.0、OpenGL等软件,开发了完全基于Windows的单螺杆挤出过程计算机仿真系统。本系统能近似地模拟聚合物挤出成型过程,并预测加工条件变化对制品的影响。
By establishing the mathematical model about extrusion process and a lot of databases in material characters and in screw-parameters and by using, the software of VC + +6.0 and OpenGL, the computer simulation system for polymer extrusion process is developed based on windows entirely. The system can be used approximately to simulate the extrusion process and forecast the influence of the changes of the condition on the product.
