摘要
本文以常见的中空塑料成型品加工模具的开发为例,介绍了有限元分析工具在模具开发过程中的重要作用,并系统阐述了有限元分析方法的原理、仿真软件分类、国内外发展历程及现状,并对有限元分析软件在不同材质的塑料成型品加工仿真分析适用情况进行了阐述。
Taking the development of common hollow plastic moulds as an example, the article introduces the important role of finite element analysis tools in the development of moulds,and systematically expounds the principle of finite element analysis method, the classification of simulation software, the development history and current situation at home and abroad, and the application of finite element analysis software in the simulation analysis of plastic moulds with different materialswas elaborated.
