摘要
采用XRD、SEM、DTA等手段对TiO2 -BaO -ZnO -ZrO2 系统的高折射率玻璃微珠析晶机理进行了探讨和研究。发现该系统玻璃存在着极大的析晶倾向 ,玻璃的分相机理为不稳分相机理。在 10 0 0℃进行热处理时 ,析出的两种主晶相为Ba2 TiSi2 O8和BaTi5O11,析晶温度范围为72 7.92~ 12 0 0℃。
The mechanism of crystallization of TiO 2-BaO-ZnO-ZrO 2 glass system for high refractive index glass beads were studied by DTA, XRD and SEM etc. It is shown that TiO 2-BaO-ZnO-ZrO 2 glass system has strong tendency of crystallization. The mechanism of phase separation is spinodale. After the heat treatment at 1000℃, the main crystals in crystallization are Ba 2TiSi 2O 8 and BaTi 5O 11 , the temperature range of crystallization is 727.92 ℃~1200℃.
