研究了二氧化硅对陶瓷材料阻温特性和烧结特性的影响，实验结果表明：烧结助剂二氧化硅的加入可以使材料的烧结温度降低，改善材料的Ｖ型ＰＴＣ复合热敏性能。在１１５０℃烧结时，其最佳加入量ｗＳｉＯ２为５％，材料的最低电阻率为３．
The effect of SiO 2 on heat sensitive character and sintering property of (SrPb)TiO 3 ceramics is studied.The experimental results show that SiO 2 content may lower the sintering temperature and improve the V type PTC heat sensitive character of this material.When the sintering temperature is 1150℃,the best content( w SiO 2 ) of SiO 2 is 5% and the minion specific resistance is 3.1×10 2Ω·cm.
