摘要
根据具体事例,分析了拱顶油罐抽瘪事故发生的原因。指出导致油罐抽瘪的主要原因是呼吸阀堵塞和冻结、油罐参数和工艺条件发生变化以及操作失误等。针对油罐抽瘪事故发生的原因,制定了相应的措施。
The analysis on shrunken cause of dome roof oil tank is made. It is pointed out that the plugging and freezing of breather valve, variation in parameters and operation conditions of oil tank and human factors result in the shrink of oil tank. For the cause,the precautions are given.
