分析了由于加工高硫原油引起的焦化装置内设备和工艺管线发生腐蚀的类型和机理,阐述了防腐蚀措施的思路和相关方案,并通过具体事例重点介绍了材质升级、材料表面改性技术、牺牲阳极保护以及工艺防腐蚀等措施的应用,有效地解决了生产中有关设备腐蚀的问题。
Here analyzed are the corrosion forms and corrosion mechanisms of equipment and pipelines in delayed coker in processing high-sulfur crude oils. The corrosion prevention measures and plan are described. The material upgrading, the surface modification technology, catholic protection and process corrosion prevention etc are described in detail through case studies. The application of these has solved the corrosion problem of critical equipment in operation.
