摘要
报道一种以靛蓝二碳酸与联萘-20-冠-6的缔合物为电活性物质的新型PVC膜化学传感器。传感器的Nernst响应范围为1.0×10^(-3)~3.0×10^(-6)mol/L,斜率为30.0;检测限为1.5×10^(-6)mol/L。此传感器响应迅速,重现性好,用此传感器以标准曲线法对食品中的靛蓝进行了测定,结果与分光光度法相符。
A new polyvinyl chloride membrane indigotin chemical sensor based on amarnath and binaph-thyl-20-crown-6 association complex has been reported. The chemical sensor showed Nernst response for amaranth with a slope of 30. 0mv over the concentration range of 1. 0 × 10-3 - 3 . 0 × 10-6 mol/L. The detection limit is 1. 5 × 10-6 mol/L. The sensor has fast response and good reproducibility. The sensor has been used for the determination of amaranth in food by the standard curve method. The procedures of this method are simple and the results obtained agree with those of spectrophotometry.
