摘要
研究了空心莲子草对硫酸锌的生物吸附性。发现空心莲子草对Zn^(2+)具有较好的吸附容量。在常温下、pH值为7时吸附效果最佳,盐度及Ca^(2+)、Mg^(2+)离子对吸附影响不大。红外光谱分析显示羟基和酰氨基是吸附的活性中心。
The characters of ZnSo4 biosorption by Alternauthera Philoxeroides is studied. It is discovered that Alternauthera philoxeroides has a strong adsorptive ability to ZnSO4. The adsorbed capacity is larger at ambient temperature and PH = 7. Salinity and Ca2+ and Mg2+ have not significant effect on the biomaterial uptake. The IR Spectra indicates that hydroxyl group and acyl-amino group are the bond tops of biosorption.
