摘要
介绍了三余度数字伺服控制系统的结构设计和余度配置 ,对系统的可靠性进行了分析、预测 ,并通过空载故障模拟试验证实了三余度数字伺服控制器的软硬件功能及 3个通道间的同步、余度表决均达到预期设计目的。与非冗余模拟伺服系统相比 ,此系统的任务可靠度有了显著提高。
The structure and redundant configuration scheme of the triplex redundance digital servo control system,which was developed following the new trend,is introduced in detail.System reliability is analyzed and predicted by using probability model method.The failure tests without load reveals that the system design meets expectation.Compared with conventional unredundant analog servo system,the mission reliability of the new system has notably increased.
