摘要
针对某型号导弹舵机控制的高性能要求,设计了一套数字伺服控制系统。同时分析了其结构组成、控制方案、软硬件设计等问题。该系统以数字芯片DsPIC30F5011为主控制芯片,以永磁直流电机作为伺服电机,以传统PID算法和模糊PID算法相结合为控制策略。实验结果表明,该控制系统快速、稳定,具有很高的准确性和实时性。该系统可以作为某型号高速导弹舵机控制系统。
For high performance requirements of the missile rudder control,designs a set of digital servo control system,and analyzes its structure,control scheme,software and hardware design.In this system,with DsPIC30F5011 as a central control chip,with permanent magnet DC motor as a servo motor,with the traditional PID and fuzzy PID combined together as control strategies.The experimental results show that this control system is efficient,stable,and with high accuracy and real-time,this system can be used as a type of high speed missile rudder control system.
