摘要
通过采用铁谱、光谱等技术对隧道全断面岩石挖掘机 (TunnelBoringMachine TBM)的主要摩擦副和主要液力部件刀盘主轴承、主变速箱和主液压油箱进行油液监测表明 :在不拆机的情况下 ,对TBM主要部件润滑油中的磨粒分析能揭示设备内部的隐患和磨损状况信息 ,为设备的维护、检修及润滑油的更换提供科学依据和有价值的参考建议。油液监测达到了预期目的。光谱、铁谱、污染度油监测技术及常规理化分析等手段的综合应用 ,对大型户外作业设备的状态监测是有效的。在现阶段工作的基础上应继续积累数据和经验 ,逐步制定出各主要部件的定量监测标准 。
The results obtained from Ferrography and SO AP monitoring for major friction and hydraulic parts in TBM such as cutter head main bearing, main gear box, and main hydraulic oil tank, indicate that the anal ysis of wear particles taken from the lubricating oil of the major TBM parts can reveal the potential dangers and the information about wear condition inside th e machine without breaking the machine up. So it can provide the scientific and valuable suggestion for the inspection, repair and oil changing of this equipmen t. The aim of the oil monitoring has been achieved. The synthetic utilization of oil monitoring technique such as SOAP, Ferrography, particle counting and regul ar oil analysis is effective on condition monitoring for the heavy-duty equipme nt in outdoor operation.
