摘要
应用红外光谱技术,根据润滑油组分中各官能团的红外光谱吸收峰的出现和变化,研究了开发的CNG/汽油两用燃料发动机润滑油与参比油在运行期间,润滑油的氧化值、硝化值、硫化值的变化程度,发现CNG/汽油两用燃料发动机润滑油运行18 000 km后,其氧化值变化范围为2.45(ABS/0.1 mm)、硝化值变化范围为2.03(ABS/0.1 mm)、硫化值变化范围为3.85(ABS/0.1 mm)。结果表明CNG/汽油两用燃料发动机润滑油有着良好的抗劣化性能,红外光谱技术是研究润滑油抗劣化性的有效方法之一。
The variation extent of the oxidation and nitration and sulfuration was studied by the infrared spectrum,according to the appearance and change of various functional groups infrared spectrum absorption peak for lubricating oil component. The developed CNG or gasoline convertible-fuel engine oil and contrasting oil were tested by field test. It is showed that after the CNG or gasoline convertible-fuel engine oil was used for 18 000 kilometer, its oxidation number range of variation is 2.45 (ABS/0. 1 mm), the nitration value range of variation is 2. 03 ( ABS/0. 1 mm), the curing range of variation is 3.85 (ABS/0. 1 mm). The results indicate that CNG or gasoline convertible-fuel engine oil has more performance of anti-deterioration,and the infrared spectrum could be an effective measurement for studying anti-deterioration of engine oil.
