摘要
目的 :探讨临床前期糖尿病视网膜病变时黄斑区视功能变化问题。方法 :采用三种视功能检查方法 (视网膜电流图振荡电位OPs ;图形视觉诱发电位P -VEP ;静态视野SVF) ,对 3 1例 (62眼 )内科确诊为Ⅱ型糖尿病 ,病程在 5年以内 ,眼底无视网膜病变的临床前期病人进行检测分析 ,并与正常组作对照。结果 :视风膜电流图中OPs的振幅、静态视野的视敏度和缺损值与正常人有显著性差异 ;OPs的潜伏期及VEP的振幅和潜伏期与正常人无差异性。结论 :临床前期糖尿病视网膜病变开始受损部位是在黄斑以外网膜 ,黄斑区视功能的下降可能在其后。
Objective:To study the changes in visual function of macula in sub-clinical stage of diabetic retinopathy (DR). Methods:Three kinds of visual function exams,Ops,P-VEP and static visual field (SVF) had been taken on 31 patients (62 eyes) with non-insulin dependent diabetes mellitus,who had the history of diabetes for less than five years and no DR.Normal controls also had been set up. Results:The differences were significant (P<0 01) both in the amplitude of Ops,the sensitivity and the defect of static visual field.But no significant difference was detected in the latency of OPs or P-VEP as well as the amplitude of P-VEP (P>0 05). Conclusions:The initial damages of visual function in sub-clinical DR would be in the retinal area out of macular region.The decline of macular function might be later.
